I have lived internationally for almost 14 years, mainly in Vietnam, Angola and now Japan. In my current role as ELC coordinator and atelierista, at Nagoya International School, I enjoy my work in the atelier with children aged 3-6, especially the longer term projects that evolve from the children’s interests. I also enjoy my role as coordinator and I am continually working with my team to ensure we develop our practice and grow our program as we come to new understandings through collaboration, discussions and research. I have a BA (Hons) in Early Years studies, PGCE in Primary teaching and I am currently studying for my MA Early Years Education. I am lucky enough to have participated in three study groups in Reggio Emilia, Italy, most recently in October 2018.
